Search is different from choosing to submit an experience review or request an ebook. These notes describe this version’s purposes and limits.
Search and comparison stay in memory
The application keeps search terms, filters and comparison choices in current-page memory and clears them on refresh. Its browsing code does not put them in URLs, browser storage, cookies or a CRM, or send them to treatment providers. This describes the application, not a guarantee about separately injected hosting analytics described below.
Review accounts and public pseudonyms
Submitting or reporting a review requires secure Manus sign-in. The server uses a private account identifier, and the authentication service can provide an account name/email to the private user record. Those fields are not returned by the public review APIs. A chosen public pseudonym is separate from that identity.
The rating, title, plain-text experience, public pseudonym and disclosed material connection become visible only after moderation. Pending/rejected reviews, account identifiers, moderation history and reports are private administrator data. Signing in does not verify treatment attendance or clinical outcomes.
Do not include diagnoses, treatment/medication records, exact treatment dates, identifiers, contact details or information identifying other people. The form is not medical intake. Reports collect a reason code only. Reviews are moderated equally whether favorable or unfavorable; narratives are not rewritten to change sentiment.
Ebook requests are separate
The free-ebook journey requires an email address; first name is optional. The server deduplicates email requests and records request consent and timestamps. An optional unchecked marketing-interest choice is separate and is not required to access the ebook. This version does not send automated emails, enroll subscriptions or connect to a CRM.
After a successful saved request the website reveals the unchanged Wallet Wellness download, credited to ZenBen and Alleviate Financial Solutions. The original PDF is already public elsewhere: form gating is not DRM, anonymity, or private-file protection. We do not alter the original file or its permissions.
Security and storage limits
Authenticated sessions and short-lived anti-forgery tokens support deliberate submissions. Server-side validation, rate limits and administrator permissions protect review/ebook operations. Technical anti-spam records use a keyed hash of request addresses rather than publishing them. Records are held in the website database; we do not claim HIPAA compliance, perfect security or a legally complete privacy policy.
If storage/authentication is not available, forms stay disabled or show a failure rather than pretending to save. The site owner administers the moderation queue; submissions are not automatically approved. No emergency or continuous response service is provided.
What this version retains
Account records, submitted reviews, report reason codes, ebook request details and consent timestamps remain in the private website database. Review decisions retain an audit history. There is no automatic expiry or self-service deletion in this version; records remain until the owner carries out a separately authorized change. Approved review content and its chosen pseudonym remain public while approved. Rate-limit windows retain keyed address hashes, not raw IP addresses, in the application database. No diagnoses, health documents or financial records are needed for these purposes.
Hosting and outside websites
The application source does not include advertising pixels, analytics or session replay. However, the published hosting layer adds platform editor and analytics scripts. Passive release checks observed browser storage entries and automatic requests to Manus and Amplitude analytics endpoints. The request contents and retention practices were not independently audited; we cannot assure that form or search inputs are excluded. Do not treat this website as analytics-free or anonymous.
Hosting/authentication infrastructure can also process technical request details, keep operational logs and set platform cookies. External links request third-party pages under their own privacy practices; hosted images/PDFs create ordinary requests. This disclosure does not change hosting settings or permissions, and we cannot control platform retention from the application.
No medical intake or urgent response
No diagnoses, substance-use histories, medications, insurer IDs, tax documents, phone numbers or urgent messages are requested. This website is not monitored for emergencies. In the U.S. call/text 988 for crisis support, or call 911 for immediate danger or a medical emergency.
